If such world ever existed

Imagine a planet,
of fields of green,
of yellow sun,
and blooming flowers.

Imagine a planet,
conserved in peace,
in such way that no one will harm it.

Imagine a planet,
with small country houses,
of farmers and cows,
chickens and horses.

Imagine them run,
in the ginourmous fields,
so full of freedom,
they'd never wish for it.

But we live in,
the contrary world,
of fields of darkness,
of grey dark clouds.

We live in,
a place of robots,
which do our jobs,
and destroy the planet.

We pollute the air, 
we trash our belongings,
we are so unhealthy,
and we're still unhappy.

I wonder why?
